Delivery Information
Our licensed animal couriers, now offer a weekly delivery throughout England and Wales on Thursday. Unfortunately they cannot deliver to Ireland or the Isle of Man. The basic cost of delivery is £55 – this payment will be taken when you checkout or when you order with us by telephone.

We can also arrange delivery to your home or work place.

Please as usual at this time of year, if you are looking to receive your order in time for Christmas please order as early as possible. If you have missed the cut off time we will refund your money. Any concerns just Telephone our shop, at any reasonable time, even after normal shops hours, as it will direct to one of The Team who can help you.

Also you can order online now if you would like to be offered the first available delivery after Christmas which will be early January 2024.

You can only order online, if you accept our legal Stuff. On that page you will see full details of how we contact you, to arrange your delivery. You WILL NOT automatically get a delivery the same week that you order.

We are available to take your call at any reasonable hour. We work seven days a week, caring for all our Tortoises.
